Welcome to Happy Stoat! These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, happystoat.com, and any purchase of goods or digital products you make from us. By using this site, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully.

2. Products & Availability
 

We sell a selection of physical and digital stationery products themed around tabletop role-playing games (TTRPGs), including planner binders, notebooks, and downloadable content.

All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product without prior notice, although we will do our best to promptly inform you if that happens.
 

3. Ordering
 

You can place an order through our website as a guest—no account is required. By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or guardian;

  • You are authorised to use the payment method provided.
     

Once your order is confirmed, we’ll send you an email acknowledgment. This does not guarantee acceptance—we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (e.g., due to pricing errors or stock issues). We will do our best to promptly inform you if that happens and provide an alternative or arrange a refund.


4. Payments
 

We accept payments via major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay using Wix Payments. All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include applicable VAT where relevant.
 

5. Shipping
 

Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom and to the United States.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 working days, though it may take up to 5 working days during busy periods. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Please note that customers outside the UK will be liable for to pay the respective customs and import duties if applicable.
 

6. Returns & Refunds
 

📦 Online Purchases
 

You have the right to cancel or return your order in accordance with UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This generally allows you to:
 

  • Cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods;

  • Receive a refund for the item and standard delivery costs (you are responsible for return shipping unless the product is faulty).
     

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

🛍️ In-Person Purchases (e.g., conventions)

For purchases made in person at events or conventions, refunds are available only for damaged or faulty items.
 

7. Digital Products
 

By purchasing and downloading any digital products from Happy Stoat (such as planner pages or other downloadable content), you agree to the following:
 

All digital content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution, resale, or modification of the files for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
 

All PDF products and downloadable materials are the intellectual property of Happy Stoat Limited and are protected under applicable UK and international copyright laws. Purchasing a digital product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for your own private use only.
 

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be:
 

  • Of satisfactory quality,

  • Fit for the intended purpose, and

  • As described on our website.
     

If a digital product you purchase is faulty or does not match its description, you are entitled to a repair or replacement. If this is not possible, you may be entitled to a partial or full refund.

8. User Reviews & Content
 

If you submit a product review, you grant us the right (if you opt in) to publish it on our website or marketing materials, together with any photos you submitted.

We only send newsletters, offers, or announcements to customers who explicitly opt in. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in our emails or contacting us directly.

All content on this website, including but not limited to product designs, downloadable materials, text, graphics, logos, icons, and images, is the intellectual property owned by or licensed to Happy Stoat Limited, unless otherwise stated.
 

  • The names “Happy Stoat” and all associated logos are protected trademarks or unregistered trade marks owned by or licensed to Happy Stoat Limited.

  • Our binder designs are protected as registered designs under UK law.

  • All digital planner pages, downloadable PDFs, and written content are protected by copyright and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without explicit written permission.
     

By purchasing from or accessing this site, you do not acquire any right, title, or interest in any of the intellectual property owned by or licensed to Happy Stoat Limited. Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.


12. Site Access & Availability
 

We do our best to ensure the website is always accessible, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may need to perform maintenance or make changes to features from time to time.


13. Limitation of Liability
 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Happy Stoat Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the website or purchase of products.
