1. Which countries do you ship to?
At the moment we ship to the UK only, but we are working hard for this to change very soon. Check this page occasionally for updates, or sign up to our newsletter and you’ll know as soon as we have formalized our international shipping arrangements.
2. How long does it take to ship?
We send our packages via Royal Mail Tracked 48, so you should get your delivery within 2 working days.
3. How can I get a refund?
If you bought online and changed your mind within 14 days, or your product came in damaged or faulty, please get in touch via Contact Us form on our website.
5. What material is used for the binder?
We make our binders with premium grade vegan PU leather - very soft to the touch and incredibly durable.
6. Can I use the binder for any TTRPG or is it D&D specific?
It was designed to be as universal as possible - do tell us if you think things can be improved for a specific TTRPG though!
7. We would love to stock your goods in our shop - how do we arrange that?

4. Can the binder be customized e.g. with my own name?
We don’t offer customization of our binders or notebooks.
