Delivery Method: All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48 in the UK and Royal Mail International Tracked to ensure safe and reliable delivery. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped so you can monitor its journey to you.

Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange a full refund or replacement and cover any return shipping costs.
