    Shipping Locations: We currently ship to the UK, US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Subscribe to receive an update when we expand our shipping territories! US tax will be included on checkout and you won't have to pay anything extra.

     

    Please note that customers outside the UK are liable to pay for their own customs and tax duties where applicable (e.g. if local customs decide to charge processing fees). We always try to ship Duty Pre-paid though if that option is available with Royal Mail.

     

    Processing Time: Orders will usually be shipped within 1-2 working days from the time of purchase. If this notepad needs to be customised I'll be making and glueing it from scratch, so it will usually take about 2 business days for it to print and dry properly before shipping. 

     

    Delivery Method: Notepads only are dispatched via Royal Mail Second Class in the UK and Royal Mail International Tracked to ensure safe and reliable delivery. If you order this notepad with any other products that qualify for Royal Mail Tracked 48, everything will be send with tracking. If applicable, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped so you can monitor its journey to you.

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Happy Stoat. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return period in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.

    Here’s how it works:

    Eligibility for Return: You can return your product within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

    How to Return: To initiate a return, please contact us by email or through our contact form, providing your order number and the reason for return. We will guide you through the process and provide you with a return address.

    Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. Please note, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

    Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange a full refund or replacement and cover any return shipping costs.

    Please ensure you keep a receipt of return postage as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
